Our Fidelity Programme is founded on the idea of offering “dynamic sales terms that are driven by the quantity and frequency of your orders rather than being constrained by a set time frame”. This initiative embodies our ethos. It features a Status category, which is time-bound and tailored to your user type. Additionally, it includes various Standing levels that you can progress through based on your cumulative order history. These levels grant access to increasingly advantageous discount rates and payment options.
The Three Standing Levels
WOOD
The "basic" Standing level assigned to you when you register. From this moment on, the more you buy, the faster you advance to the next levels.
STEEL
The intermediate Standing level. It gives you access to higher discounts and payment deferrals.
TITANIUM
The maximum Standing level you can reach. It grants you access to our best discounts and most convenient payment conditions.
What do you mean by "Status"?
Status describes the user category to which you belong. You are a Designer if you provide a complete design service to your customers by reselling Gibam products. You are an Advisor if you collaborate in promoting and advising on the purchase of Gibam products. You are a Client if you own a shop or hotel and are looking for a professional who can assist you. What does “Standing” refer to?
Standing denotes your tier. We have three different levels of Standing: "wood", "steel", and "titanium". Each level aligns with specific discounts and payment terms/types. Our approach is centred around awarding your order frequency. Your Standing is essentially a progress journey: the greater your order volume, the higher your awarded Standing level becomes, leading to better purchasing conditions. Standard Discount and Volume Discount
The Fidelity Programme is crafted to not only award you for your order frequency but also the price of each purchase. When you place an order, two types of discounts will be applied to the item price: our "standard discount", which is a predetermined percentage linked to your Standing level, and a "volume discount", which is an extra variable percentage discount that adjusts according to your basket total.
