We’re sorry that you think that a product is causing problems to you, we are committed to a fast and efficient claim handling.

To start, please follow the steps below:

1.On the label attached on the product package, identify the product code and the number of the box.

2.In the Invoice look for the product, through its code, and identify also the number of your order.

3.Take a picture of the label, of the invoice and of the product about which you want to raise your claim.

4.ISend us your complaint through our form:

feedback on your request

sending of newsletters and training material

5.Finally:

  1. If the problem reported is covered by the contractual guarantee, the possible return of the Product will be executed by us free of charge. Repairs or replacements will then be made and the Product will be returned to you without any additional charges.
  2. However, if the warranty does not apply, a repair quotation will be sent to you. If You accept the quotation, You will notify to us your acceptance. The possible return of the Product will be in this case at your own expense.
